Job Description
Join TI's Career Accelerator Program (CAP) and participate in the FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Program to become a Field Applications Engineer. The 11-month experience includes two 6-month rotations and provides hands-on learning opportunities to solve technical challenges and maximize TI's revenue.
Requirements
- Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP)
- Complete two 6-month rotations in Field Sales Office (FSO) and Systems Engineering & Marketing (SEM)
- Analyze technical trade-offs, understand component selection, and solve design and cost challenges
- Provide customers with proactive proposals for complete, system-level solutions
- Influence customers' part selection process and favorably position TI versus competition
