Case Manager RN

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent Case Manager experience in an acute care setting
• 3 years of combined experience in Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, PCU, Neuro, or ED
• Home Health/Insurance case management experience with at least 1 year acute care experience within the last 5 years
