Job Description
Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology In-Service Specialist is a PRN/1099 contract position for an ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist. The role involves clinical case coverage, device in-servicing, and supporting procedural flow during thrombectomy and vascular device interventions. Physicians, nurses, and staff are the primary users. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and allows for supplemental work.
Requirements
- ARRT RT(R), RCIS, or CVT credential (active, in good standing)
- 5+ years Cath Lab / IR / Hybrid OR experience (PCI, stents, TAVR, DVT/PE interventions, EVAR, Watchman, etc.)
- Familiarity with devices such as AngioJet, Impella, IVUS, Shockwave, Rotablator, Penumbra
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Willingness to travel locally within Austin and surrounding facilities
