Manager - Intensive Care Unit RN

We are seeking a Manager of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join our critical care team at a high-performing hospital that values patient-centered care, teamwork, and staff engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent acute care leadership experience as a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager in Critical Care (relief charge experience not accepted)
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Florida RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS required upon hire
