Job Description
Dallas, TX is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This leadership role supports a 28-bed cardiac ICU and oversees a team of approximately 40 clinical professionals, with a strong emphasis on quality, patient safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have clinical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to drive results in a high-acuity environment.
Requirements
- Current Texas or Compact RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 4 years of recent acute care leadership in CVICU or ICU
- BLS and ACLS (AHA or Red Cross)
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (preferred)
- National certification (CCRN, CNRN, or equivalent) (preferred)
