Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic patient flow, serving as the primary contact for patients, and processing charges for clinic services. Requires 1-year Customer Service, office, or related experience. A High School diploma or GED is required, with additional education may substituting for experience requirement.
Requirements
- 1-year Customer Service, office, or related experience
- Ability to type approximately 40WPM
- Experience working in various computer programs: Microsoft Office, Excel, Electronic Medical Records, Insurance programs
- Experience with phone, fax
- Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required
