Senior Specialist - Work Control

Performs specialized, complex work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Administers the facilities work order system, reviews and analyzes submitted work requests, and develops and maintains process documentation and training materials. Provides cross-functional coverage and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school plus five years experience
• Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis
• System administration and workflow management experience
• Reporting, data analysis, and planning support experience
• Communication and service coordination experience
• Cross-functional coverage and continuity experience
