Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist hiring departments with the hiring process, review job postings, and provide excellent customer service. This role may also involve processing background checks, advertising for posted vacancies, and developing recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• Human Resources or business-related degree
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or hiring processes
• High school graduation or the equivalent plus five (5) years progressively responsible experience in a related area
• Computer skills
• Customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to use basic office equipment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of best hiring practices
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products
