Job Description
Teya is a payment and software service provider looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their Financial Shared Services (FSS) team. The role involves shaping and delivering products that have meaningful impact for merchants, owning complex problem spaces end-to-end, and working closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS
- Proven ability to own complex product areas and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong product discovery skills and customer‐centric mindset
- Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross‐functional, fast‐moving environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on execution
