We're looking for a Software Engineering Director to lead multiple engineering teams across our Acceptance domain, driving strategy, technical excellence, and culture. You'll partner with Product and Business leaders to turn Teya's mission into scalable, high-impact technology outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong background as a software engineer with 7+ years of experience
- Experience in high-frequency, transaction-heavy environments (fintech, payments, trading, etc.)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and scalability
- Proven ability to build high-performing, motivated teams with strong engagement and culture
- Strategic mindset - able to balance long-term vision with pragmatic execution
