Job Description
Teya is a payment and software service provider looking for a Technical Product Manager to own and evolve the Global Merchant Database platform. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management and a strong understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and data modeling.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Product Manager Role
- Solid understanding of how REST APIs work
- Hands-on experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman or similar
- Experience working with event-driven systems and defining product-level event semantics
- Ability to reason about system design trade-offs from a product perspective
- Understanding of data modeling, data types, and schema evolution
- Basic SQL knowledge and comfort working with data directly
- Familiarity with DDD concepts from a product perspective (domains, bounded contexts, ownership)
- Experience defining authorization and access control models in multi-tenant systems
