Product and Process Development Specialist

Product and Process Development Specialist responsible for expanding TF Bank's consumer lending business into new markets and products, with a broad and diverse range of duties across most functions and aspects of consumer lending.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of consumer lending products and processes
• High level understanding of key aspects of consumer lending, including sales and distribution channels, loan administration, risk and compliance
• Technical literacy and ability to work confidently with IT systems and documentation
• Systematic approach to work with a strong attention to detail
• Strong collaborative, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a multi-location environment and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English required; German or other European languages would be an advantage
