Customer Success (SaaS/Hybrid/Athens)

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who's passionate about helping people succeed. The role involves guiding new customers through onboarding, supporting their journey with our platform, and working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Fluent in speaking English is mandatory (German & other languages are a plus!)
• Prior Experience in Customer Success or Support, ideally in tech or digital services
• Great at breaking down complex topics into clear, helpful answers
• A proactive mindset-you spot issues before they escalate
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Organized and able to juggle multiple requests and priorities
