Job Description
TransPerfect is seeking a Client Services Associate to provide support to existing clients, manage and coordinate language projects, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in customer service and project coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures
- Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources a plus
- Strong MS Office/computer skills
