Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating research, interaction, and visual design skills.
- Experience with responsive web and mobile apps
- Design System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
- Experience with data-driven design decision-making and familiarity with metrics.
- Motion graphics skills - creating micro-interactions and animated UI elements is a plus.
- Good creative, logical, and technical communications skills.
- Critical and design thinking skills
