We are looking for an Embedded Hardware Process Manager / Gestionnaire de processus pour matériel embarqué to lead the Hardware & Embedded Middleware (HEM) Discipline Management Group, helping to make the company more innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• 8 years relevant working experience
• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, System Engineering, or a closely related field
• Knowledge of railway signaling technologies, including SelTrac CBTC
• Strong concrete experience of CENELEC 5012x application in CBTC industry
• Ability to interface with important customer leadership and project leadership
• Must be able to communicate clearly complex situations to different stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Knowledgeable of the hardware and embedded middleware engineering development processes
• Knowledge of HW development tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; English speaking mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English to support with Global projects
