Project Manager [Rail Signaling / CBTC]

As a Project Manager, the Incumbent will be responsible for project activities to ensure their successful delivery and will need to effectively lead a multidisciplinary team of experts to safely deliver vital train control solutions.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in related industry or from technical/aerospace field
• 10 years of experience as a project manager
• University degree in Engineering (Electronic, Telecommunications, or Informatics) or equivalent experience gained through professional practice
• Strong technical expertise in Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) railway signaling systems
• Demonstrated experience handling high-complexity projects in challenging contexts, including multicultural and international settings, with a focus on multi-disciplinary technical aspects
• Proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple, international remote teams effectively
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with a strong commitment to achieving targets and a rigorous work ethic
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment
• Fluent in English, capable of working effectively in International and multicultural environments
