Job Description
This role focuses on finding and securing tenants for commercial spaces. The successful candidate will be a persuasive communicator, building relationships and ensuring tenants have a positive experience. They will be responsible for negotiations, lease agreements, and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in document handling, reporting, and using Microsoft Office or social media.
