Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the gaming industry, with at least 5 years in game business development or brand licensing
- Proficient in business negotiation techniques, with excellent contract design and risk management capabilities
- Familiar with brand licensing processes and cross-industry collaboration models, understanding IP ecosystem operations
- Possess data analysis skills and proficiency in using Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, capable of identifying market opportunities and formulating executable strategies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to drive cooperation in complex internal and external environments
- Self-motivated, highly resilient, and adaptable to a fast-changing industry environment
