Transitional Kindergarten Teachers Aide

The Academy is seeking a full-time, highly qualified Transitional Kindergarten Aide to support students and teachers in delivering high quality, inclusive instruction for the 25-26 School Year.

Requirements

• Supports students, individually or in groups, to assist with lesson assignments to reinforce learning concepts
• Assist in creating an environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to student maturity
• Assist in establishing and maintaining standards of student behavior during lunch/recess settings to ensure a safe and positive environment
• Attend staff meetings and professional developments as required
• Supervise morning breakfast, recess, and lunch times
• Perform office assistant tasks such as photocopying, filing, and phone calls as required
