Assistant Property Manager

Requirements

• Liaising with clients, residents, service providers and trades people
• Arranging and monitoring maintenance and repairs
• Arranging and renewing service contracts
• Arranging and reviewing risk assessments
• Site visits and property inspections
• Approving invoices
• Providing administrative support to the team
