Financial Reporting Senior Accountant

The Aerospace Corporation is looking for a Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting Staff III/IV) to join our Financial Reporting department. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility in El Segundo, CA. You’ll focus on preparation and analysis related to corporate financial reporting, incurred cost reporting, benefit plan reporting, and other corporate financial reporting deliverables.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related field, with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, People Soft) and MS Excel
• Understanding of diverse accounting subject matter and financial reporting requirements
• Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills
