Job Description
Administrative Coordinator for multiple businesses and locations, responsible for supporting management, coordinating meetings and calendars, and acting as a representative to executives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Diploma preferred but equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum five (5) years experience in an office setting or administrative role
- Proficient on computers
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
