Heavy Duty Mechanic

The Agency is assisting Barr None Mechanical Ltd with the recruitment of Heavy Duty Mechanics to join their growing team. Barr None Mechanical is a locally owned, family-operated company specializing in mechanical service and repair.

Requirements

• Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic certification (asset)
• Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence (required)
• Class 1 Licence (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of mechanical experience
• Strong knowledge of on-highway and off-road equipment
• Proven diagnostic troubleshooting and repair experience
• Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools
• Ability to independently determine and order required parts
• CVIP Licence or willingness to obtain (asset)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to adapt to changing job scopes and customer needs
