US Tax Manager

The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is seeking an experienced U.S. Tax Manager to join a high-performing team, serving a U.S.-based public accounting and advisory firm. This role involves reviewing U.S. tax returns, providing tax planning, mentoring staff, and collaborating with clients. A senior tax professional based in the Philippines is preferred.

Requirements

• Enrolled Agent or U.S. CPA
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master’s in Taxation (a plus)
• 5-7 years of experience in U.S. taxation, ideally with a US public accounting firm or shared service center
• Proficiency in U.S. tax software like CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, Lacerte, etc.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
