We own and manage 60+ apartment communities, with a unique focus on experience and our team members. We're currently seeking an inspiring and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at The Bainbridge Companies.
Requirements
- Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with diverse people
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- This role MAY require a valid driver’s license
