Compressor Mechanic

We are seeking a Compressor Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in compressor maintenance and repair, with a focus on vapor recovery units, CAT compressors, and Sullair air compressors. The role will involve travel to multiple states, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
• Submit accurate field service reports, expense reports, timesheets, and other necessary paperwork daily
• Diagnose engine/compressor failures accurately and efficiently
• Rebuild/overhaul compressors, engines, and controls on gas compressor packages in the field
• Accurately complete basic engine tuning functions to adjust engine performance and emissions
• Respond and repair recurring problems and emergency services as needed
• Assist installation of new units, including commissioning and start-up inspections
