Nurse Manager $5k Sign On Bonus $30-$35 7am-7pm (Full Time)

We are looking for a superior supervisor to lead the Wellness team and other departments in ensuring quick, reliable, and person-centered care is provided. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate caregiver who exemplifies the core values of Arrow Senior Living and can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within state of employment
• Provide direct (hands-on) nursing care, including medication passes as needed
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations
• Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law
• Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
