Job Description
Hopkins | Lacy is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Electrical Superintendent (Commercial Construction) to join their thriving team. This role involves coordinating construction projects, managing subcontractors and close project neighbors, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction and excellent communication/problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Direct project construction in accordance with project documents.
- Coordinate jobsite logistics and develop relationships with neighbors.
- Lead permitting and inspection efforts with code officials.
- Mentor and train Superintendents and craft workers.
- Participate in project schedule development and LEAN processes.
- Maintain daily project communication and document daily work activity.
- Participate in preconstruction project efforts.
- Educate on construction concepts and skills.
