Job Description
Brattle Group is seeking a Manager, Analyst Campus Recruiting to partner with the Research Analyst Hiring Committee (RAHC) Chairs to set the strategy and manage the Firm’s Analyst level talent acquisition process. The role involves leading the recruitment process for full-time and intern positions across North America and Australia, evaluating candidate pools, and mentoring candidates. It requires a focus on data-driven decision-making and stakeholder relationship building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of campus recruiting experience
- At least 1 year in a strategic management role
- One year managing staff
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience recruiting from outside the US
- Comfort with minimal guidance and ambiguity
