Job Description
Brydon is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to support a growing edtech software company in the edtech space. The Chief of Staff will be a key advisor to the CEO, responsible for strategic vision, team leadership, communication, and operational effectiveness. This is a high-impact role with significant exposure to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The role offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in consulting and/or a PE or VC-backed high growth software company
- Experience with product development, CRM optimization, and digital marketing
- Proven ability to adapt to various responsibilities and transition between leadership and tactical partnership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred)
