The Brydon Group is seeking a Portfolio Operations Associate to support portfolio companies and drive value creation across their business. This role involves cross-portfolio initiatives, portfolio company support, and firm-building activities. Requirements
- Four-year degree from a top undergraduate institution
- 2-4 years of experience, with formal training in consulting, investment banking and / or private equity roles
- Operating experience in finance, strategy, sales and marketing and operations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Highly resourceful and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel occasionally
