Job Description
The Budd Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Janitorial Team Lead for a facility in the DOWNTOWN area of Charleston. As a Janitorial Team Lead, you will lead and supervise a Team of custodial staff, coordinate daily cleaning tasks and shift coverage, and conduct walkthroughs and inspections to ensure quality standards.

- Prior experience in Management or Leadership
- 3-5 verifiable janitorial experience
- Time management and task prioritization
