Requirements
- Previous experience in a commercial or institutional setting
- Proven expertise in VCT, tile, and concrete floor stripping and refinishing
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- High level of physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and push/pull equipment for the entire shift
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
