Campus Police Officer

The position is responsible for providing safety and security throughout the campus, handling calls for service and law enforcement, and maintaining a visible patrol presence.

Requirements

• Patrol assigned campus areas and secure buildings
• Answer police service requests and arrest offenders when necessary
• Prepare police reports and other job-related forms
• Investigate criminal and non-criminal activities on CUA property
• Conduct investigations of vehicle accidents and complaints regarding sick or injured individuals on campus
• Safeguard all property that comes into their possession
• Respond to emergencies, alarm breaks, and fire alarms
• Control traffic and enforce traffic regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
