Director of Advancement for the School of Theology and Religious Studies

The Director of Advancement will lead efforts to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major gift prospects for the School of Theology and Religious Studies. The role involves securing $50,000+ gifts, building alumni engagement, and supporting fundraising goals. The Director will collaborate with the Advancement team, academic leadership, and alumni to contribute to the school's visibility and mission.

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of ~125 major gift prospects.
• Conduct at least 100 prospect visits annually.
• Solicit and close 15–25 major gifts per year.
• Build a program generating six-figure annual revenue.
• Develop an annual work plan.
• Partner with the Dean, faculty, and other academic leaders.
• Recruit and cultivate volunteer leadership.
• Plan and execute events.
