The Residential RN - PRN provides medical and health services to children at The Centers H.O.P.E. Campus. The role involves 12 hour shifts and 30 days of full-time training.
Requirements
- Minimum of an associate degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree in nursing
- Minimum of two years' experience in pediatric and/or public health nursing
- Licensed by the State of Ohio Nursing Board as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- HIPAA compliance at all times
- Knowledge of medical/health assessment procedures, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Knowledge of child growth and development
- Knowledge of medical disorders and treatment responses
- Basic knowledge of environmental and familial factors impacting growth, development and learning
- Knowledge of medical documentation and responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of public health problems and procedures for treatment
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate medical services with other services provided in scope of treatment of clients
