The Youth Mental Health Therapist will provide counseling to children, adolescents, and adults, and work with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, and a social work or counselor license recognized by the state of Ohio.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Social work or counselor license recognized by the state of Ohio
- Intake screening and orientation for new clients and guardians
- Providing mental health counseling using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches
- Crisis intervention as necessary
- Coordination of care with a multi-disciplinary treatment team
- Group counseling as needed
- Meet or exceed agency required productivity and documentation standards
