Sales Associate - Atlantic Square

The Sales Associate will support the Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals and provide excellent customer service, maintaining company standards of merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with a sense of urgency
• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service
• Effectively communicate value and quality of merchandise
• Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the cashwrap
• Maintain stock levels and follow company standards of merchandise presentation
• Support a neat, clean, and organized stockroom and adhere to safety requirements
• Guarantee company assets by following Loss Prevention procedures
• Inform Store Leadership Team of maintenance and facility needs
• Contribute focused efforts towards achievement of store goals
