Job Description
The Store Lead will support the Store Leadership Team, assist in developing talent, and foster a positive work environment. They will also represent the brand, operate in a professional manner, and engage customers.
Requirements
- Assist in developing talent through training associates
- Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns
- Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives
- Foster a positive work environment and provide direct feedback
- Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty
- Model, encourage, and demonstrate exceptional customer service behaviors
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Support the management team to maximize productivity
- Process payroll weekly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
- Ensure Environment (CRE) Standards & Safety requirements are being met
