Cook - Main - PRN

The Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting food items accurately and efficiently for patient meal service, cafeteria, catering events, and special events. This role involves portion control, appropriate plating, accurate order fulfillment, sanitation, and adherence to safety protocols. The cook will be responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering food in a clean and sanitary manner.

• Properly receive and store food and supplies.
• Maintain clean and sanitary food production areas.
• Follow HACCP principles and health department standards.
• Accurately record temperatures in food safety logs.
