The RN role at The Christ Hospital is a full-time position within a Medical Stepdown Department. The RN provides direct patient care based on the model of care promoting a patient and family partnership, and adhering to American Nursing Association (ANA) code of ethics and Ohio Nurse Practice Act. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and quality of care. This position focuses on holistic assessments and provides ongoing patient and family education.
