Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide specialized care to patients in the telemetry area of The Christ Hospital. The RN will utilize the model of care for TCH, focusing on partnership with patients and families, and adherence to American Nursing Association (ANA) code of ethics. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and providing patient education and evaluation. Cultural and age specific care will be provided.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences.
- Knowledge of the TCH model of care.
- Adherence to American Nursing Association (ANA) code of ethics and scope of practice.
- Competency in POC testing.
- Active participation in 75% of staff meetings and 75% of council meetings.
