Job Description
The Kids Discipleship Minister, Multisite helps families discover and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ by equipping parents as the primary spiritual leaders of their children through innovative discipleship resources and tools.
Requirements
- Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ
- Lead the planning, development and content creation for curriculum, family discipleship resources and other tools for Eleven22 Kids
- Plan and manage digital communication efforts for Eleven22 Kids and serve staff
- Lead planning and execution of parent and family events, Eleven22 Kids offsites, team building gatherings and "big momentum events"
- Support onboarding and long-term development of Eleven22 Kids Ministry team members and serve Staff
- Manage digital discipleship content across social media platforms
- Serve as a resource and connector across campus Eleven22 Kids Ministry teams
- Coordinate team meetings and maintain shared ministry resources in approved systems
- Assist with budget by building and tracking the Eleven22 Kids budget and approving credit card transactions for the team
