As a strategic leader, you will strengthen and expand partnerships across the healthcare payor landscape, drive growth, and support high-quality patient access by building strong relationships with state health plans, PBMs, and national payors.
Requirements
- Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with payors before, during, and after contract execution.
- Lead negotiations for new and renewal contracts to secure competitive reimbursement and strategic value.
- Ensure all agreements comply with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Provide leadership and support to direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Oversee credentialing and provider enrollment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support organizational initiatives by participating in cross-functional projects and other responsibilities assigned by leadership.
