Job Description
Citco, a global leader in fund services, corporate governance, and related asset services, is seeking a CLM Assistant Vice President to join their Client Lifecycle Management team. The role involves KYC/AML onboarding, document outreach, operational management of staff, and reporting to senior management. The CLM team is responsible for protecting Citco from money laundering and terrorist financing.
Requirements
- Operational management of 10-15 staff members
- Regular and accurate management reports
- Support CLM Management in achieving operational and strategic goals
- Proactively review CLM procedures and suggest improvements
- Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Timely follow up on pending items
- Timely reporting and escalation of non-conformities
- Supervision of the team and work performance
- Maintenance of a professional and motivating environment
- Participate in specific projects
- Participate in Citco’s training program
