Job Description
Citco is seeking a Fund Services - Fund Accountant to join its real assets division. This role involves accounting and analysis of funds, preparation of financial statements, and client interaction. The team operates within a seamless and innovative environment with a commitment to continuous investment in learning and technology.
Requirements
- Maintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers.
- Prepare financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
- Prepare trial balances and work paper product.
- Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries.
- Monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables.
- Review the real estate fund client’s partnership agreements and PPM’s.
- Prepare financial data analysis.
- Monitor compliance of various agreements with clients.
- Train and support team members in their development.
- Operate as a contact point for clients.
- Act as a liaison with various internal /external parties.
- Assist in client audit procedures.
- Process wire transfer payments.
- Prepare and analyze complex Excel spreadsheets.
- Liaise with property management companies.
