Fund Services - Vice President - Private Equity

Citco is seeking a Vice President of Fund Administration to lead the private equity team, delivering award-winning services to complex fund structures. This role involves maintaining and controlling general ledger, preparing financial statements, and managing client relationships. The company emphasizes a focus on client service and a blend of experience and learning.

Requirements

• Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, any other professional accounting qualification (i.e. CA, CPA or ACCA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly Private Equity, Asset Management or Fund Administration.
• Skilled in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis, rating agency relations and technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall structures, modeling and calculations.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
