Director of R&D – AMEA

We are seeking a Director of R&D for AMEA to lead the innovation strategy and execution across the region, driving commercialization of a robust product pipeline and ensuring technical excellence.

Requirements

• Develop and lead the AMEA innovation strategy to deliver 2% of annual sales growth through new products
• Own and deploy the Discovery process to build a sustainable innovation pipeline
• Ensure technical rigor and compliance across manufacturing partners in multiple countries
• Collaborate with global R&D hubs
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other LT members
• Champion consumer-centric design, margin transformation, and strategic technical insights
• Drive adoption of modern R&D practices
