Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing all of the operations while on shift, leading and coordinating resources, ensuring safety and quality, and driving operating results to achieve targets. This is a rotating shift role with 12 hour shifts, rotating between day and night shifts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operational management or production supervisory experience
- 2+ years of direct leadership experience
- Operational technical experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop hourly employees
- Proven experience guiding frontline teams through process changes
- Experience in leading hourly teams through structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis
